Holosun HE403R-GD Micro Gold Dot Sight w/ Rotary Switch

The HE403R-GD (Gold Dot) is a 20mm micro sight designed for rifle and carbine applications. HE403R-GD features a Rotary switch to select reticle intensity, Holosun’s Gold Super LED with 50k hour battery life, and a 2MOA dot with 10 daylight and 2 night vision compatible reticle intensity settings.

The HE403R-GD housing is made from durable cast aluminum and includes both a lower 1/3 co-witness mount (1.63”) and a low mount (.75”) for low-comb height rifle applications. Additional features include rubber lens covers, and a battery compartment integrated into the Rotary switch for the 2032 battery. HE403R-GD is a versatile sight for users of all levels.

Why get a gold dot? 

If you were born with red-green color-blindess, a yellow reticle should be much easier to spot than either of those colors. The other claimed advantage of the gold dot reticle is its effectiveness in a wider variety of environments.
