PAYMENT AND ORDERS
SRS Tactical Ltd accepts all major credit cards, certified checks, agency purchase orders and money orders (funds or an accepted purchase order must be submitted prior to the shipment of merchandise). Other terms may be specified at the time of your order. Prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars.

NET - 30 Day terms are available upon request. Please feel free to discuss credit terms with our staff should you have any questions.

Interest applied to overdue invoices at 2 % per month (24 % Annually) on overdue balances. Finance charges are calculated based upon the due date assigned to your invoice.

SHIPPING
We typically ship via Canada Post, Purolator or FedEx. Other means of shipping may be specified. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays) at approximately 3:30 PM (MST) for Canada Post & approximately 11:00 AM (MST) for Purolator or FedEx. Processing times are as follows:

Canada Post - Orders for in stock products received by 3:00 PM (MST) will ship the same day. Orders received after the cut off will ship the next working day.

Purolator or FedEx - Orders for in stock products received by 10:30 AM (MST) will ship the same day. Orders received after the cut off will ship the next working day.

Saturday delivery may be available at a premium rate. 

NOTE:
We reserve the right to contact our customers via email or telephone to confirm their orders or to obtain specific information not provided with their order. We do not release customer information and do not sell personal information to mailing Companies.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns must be received by SRS Tactical Ltd within 30 days of the invoice date. A full refund is provided for unused items in their original packaging and is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of return. A minimum of 10% restocking fee may be charged for returned goods that are not in their original packaging or have been used. A Return Materials Authorization Number (R.M.A.) is required when ANY item is returned, for any reason. Custom products may not be returned for refund or exchanged unless prior approval is obtained from SRS Tactical Ltd. To speed up processing, please make sure the assigned R.M.A. number is visible on the outside of the package.

Please obtain a return authorization number prior to sending goods. Unauthorized returns may be returned to you, at your expense.

INTERNET ORDERS
Orders placed using our website will be confirmed within minutes in the form of an email invoice. Therefore, it is important for you to supply a valid email address, or you will not receive your order confirmation. If you do not have an email address, please place your order by telephone.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We will provide a full estimate for your repair for $25. If you decide to proceed with your repair, this diagnostic fee will be deducted from the repair charge.

ON-LINE PAYMENTS
We have several options for making payments covering your on-line order. Once the payment option has been chosen you will be directed to that option’s secure on-line payment page for your card details. All options are on fully secure and encrypted servers.

FRAUD CHECKING
We subscribe to NOFRAUD for checking all credit card payments made through the website. NOFRAUD may contact the customer directly to verify details to confirm that the transaction is not fraudulent.
