3M Peltor hard hat attachments with friction sleeves. Allows Peltor headsets to be connected to many industrial hard hats. The A44 microphone post is needed to attach a microphone on headsets without an independent microphone posts on the headset cup, this replaces one of the existing friction sleeves.
